Amazing customer service!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
UPDATE: this company has great customer service. They were so helpful, prompt and absolutely friendly. I have a fully functional fountain again and two very happy cats. Great customer service means so much to me — I’m really grateful!————————I’m so bummed because My cats really liked this fountain. A few weeks after purchasing (and 15 days after the return window closed 😿) it quit working. The fountain flashes red when it is full. I cleaned the pump. Rinsed and replaced the filter. Let it sit empty & unplugged for 24 hours to completely dry and start fresh…. Still doesn’t work.

Gets Dirty
Had this for a few months. I only like the IDEA of it. Cats like to drink running water so this appeals to them, HOWEVER, the "filters" do nothing. They aren't really filters they just look like it but if you DON'T have one in place it makes a pretty loud sloshing noise so will ALWAYS need to buy the "filters"Assembly consisted of simply putting the pieces together as you would after you clean it (be prepared to clean it every 2 weeks!) but also the yellow piece in the flower I had to put in. Snaps in place.Now, the BIG ISSUE is that dirt and mold looking stuff WILL accumulate in the reservoir and gunk will build up inside the stem and the flower part. Once you put the yellow part in place, IT WILL NEVER COME OUT!! Unless you break it.Big design flaw. Once I took the yellow part off I saw how much mold and yucky stuff was under it that you can't clean without removing it. But... you can't remove it....But you need to in order to clean out the mold..See what I mean.Before you say I should use bottled water to make it last longer between cleanings, I already do. All my water is filtered and my cat gets water out of my Zero Water Pitcher for this fountain. So you see, the "filters" don't even need to do anything since the water is already clean but it gets dirty pretty fast anyway.***UPDATE***The yellow (stamen) flower part DOES come out. You un-screw it. Like the reverse of how I put it in. Duh, on me!!! Sometimes I turn my brain off. LOLAND you DON'T HAVE TO clean it every 2 weeks. My cat drinks from it a lot and I need to top it off about every 3 or 4 days (just 1 cat here. more cats= more top offs). usually by the 4th time I'm going to top it off is when I clean it instead. And I also change the filter when I clean it.Just wipe it down with a wet paper towel under running water.Use bottle brushes for the stems and stamen.Caps on either side of the blue motor just pop off to clean the gunk out of the impeller. I only get THAT involved about twice a year.There really isn't much to it and it's all super easy to do. You get the hang of it after doing it 2 times.Well worth it for this so my kitty keeps drinking and doesn't get any UTF's!!!

Puuuurrrfect! (Sorry, but I had to!🤣)
I bought this so that we could go on vacation for 5 whole days and not need a cat sitter. I set it up two weeks before we left so I could get a feel for how much water she drank and evaporated within 1 week. I only have one cat. It worked! She just drank to the halfway point in the 5 days we were gone. I did fill it up on the day we left to make sure she was set. It's super simple to clean. I have it set up without the sprinkler; I feel like she can get her face in the bowl and drink peacefully with having water splash on her face this way. AND not having those sprinkler tubes makes it that much easier to clean. I absolutely love this! The noise it creates with the water is very peaceful. One quick tip: when I first assembled this, i wasn't sure how high to fill it up. I didn't see any Max fill line indicator on the inside of the container. I filled it too high and water came pouring through an opening in the back top area. Just use the max line provided on the window and don't fill it up past that line. Then, once you put everything back together, it won't overflow.

Worked exceptionally well for 2 1/2 months.... UPDATE: Works again after cleaning the pump!!
At first I loved this fountain! As did my cats! It is easy to refill, change the filter and clean. But just 2 1/2 months after purchasing it, the motor died! Was working this morning and by the afternoon it just up and died. Will Amazon or the seller replace it? My other one works fine for the time being....I would like to add that when 75% of people say they love a product, that really isn't good enough. Please read the unhappy reviews. I did, but thought 75% love it so I took a chance and am now regretting it.UPDATE: The company emailed and said they would send me 2 new pumps! Along with some added info/suggestions. Which I followed..... and the pump works again! IT WAS MY MISTAKE, NOT THE PUMP/FOUNTAIN.I seemed to have missed the back page where it said to take apart the pump (didn't think it came apart when I would clean all the rest of it). So I apologize to all who have purchased or want to purchase this water fountain and the company who sells this product. All the others who said theirs broke after a month or two are probably not cleaning the pump itself, like I neglected to do properly.

Black foam?
Wasn’t sure how to add a picture to my question post, so I’ll add them here. I just received the fountain and found a black foam piece in the basin by the pump. The manual doesn’t look updated. It does not show an updated layout of the basin with the compartment for this foam piece. Is this foam actually meant to protect the pump and extend its lifetime, or just put here to protect from moving around during shipping?

Perfect for my Savannahs
The media could not be loaded.  My cats love their new water fountain. I have 2 Savannah cats who are fascinated by water so I thought they might enjoy this. They love it! They both took it right away playing and drinking in it. It was super easy to assemble and I love how quiet it is. I also have 1 domestic cat that hasn’t gotten used to it yet as expected since he’s not a fan of water. I’m considering getting another larger model as my Savannah’s are larger than typical domestic cat. I love that it lights up too providing a bit of a nightlight in the dark. The only downside of the light is that my Savannahs were fascinated by the light and kept trying to get the light the first day. I thought for sure it would be in pieces by the second day but it has survived and the cats still love it!
