We ship from our partnered factories & warehouses located in Asia and Europe. As different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing, if you order more than one item, it may happen that your items will be shipped separately.

Most of the time, it means that your package is waiting for customs clearance and sadly we do not have any control over that. Please be patient you will receive your package within the next days.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive updates of your order status by email or SMS.

You can apply any Discount Code at the Checkout under the Order Summary tab located at the top of the page.

If you need to make any changes to your order you will need to Contact Us Before Midnight(EST) on the day you’ve placed the order. Otherwise, your package is already in the hand of the carrier and sadly, we do not have any control at this point.
