Great product, customer service, and price
This is a fabulous fountain. I love the stainless steel tray. Our old plastic unit would get nasty and was hard to take apart to clean. I then bought one of these and a second one with this purchase. As much as I liked the first one of these, this one has made improvements that make it the best we have ever purchased. On top of that, customer service is quickly responsive to answer any questions. (I called to double check on an update because picture inside instructions showed old type cord. Not something you would probably notice unless you already had one of these units.). I commented in my call that the led was out on my old unit and they dropped a new mechanism in the mail to replace it. Nice not to even have to ask, especially on something that is more cosmetic than needed. This new unit makes it so we don't even have to check water levels. The blue led makes it easy to see the level, but if you don't notice and it gets low, the light turns red to draw your attention. I was not expecting this quality and level of customer service at this price.

Excellent fountain! Easy Clean! Cats Love!!!
Im a bad cat mom who let the fountain go over 2 months without cleaning!!! I thought it would be a slimy disgusting thing when I went to clean but it really wasnt that bad - which leads me to think the filter thing really works. Anyway I have another totally stainless fountain that does get slimy and gross and shuts off when gets clogged so that is why I bought a new one. 2 months no shut offs, filter had a small layer of hair across it...sliminess was minimal compared to my other fountain. Cleaning process was easier too - 1 because it didnt have a layer of slime that doesnt want to come off...whatever slime there was came right off. Filter came apart easily even though I couldnt figure a way to seperate the filter from the wire so I just washed that all together not a big problem. Watch the video in the listing for cleaning instructions. Really happy with this. My cats drink more water!

The Box size is deceiving!
OK when I received this I thought it was gonna be super small because it's a fairly small box but boy was I wrong! Everything is stuffed inside the container so this puppy holds quite a bit of water vertically versus horizontally. I purchased it to replace a Drink Well fountain that I have in the garage for a few ferals and while that one worked ok, there was no real easy way to tell when I had to refill unless I opened the garage door or heard the motor running dry 🙄 But with this model (I also own a Wonder Creature Lotus) all I have to do is peep in the window and I can tell by the built in light color. When the water goes below the minimum level it starts to blink red (I saw this for the 1st time today since I set it up a little over a week ago), and stops working so I don't have to worry about burning out the motor if I don't get to it fast enough 🙂 Also love the stainless steel top...much cleaner than the Drink Well for multiple cats! Truly a great product.

Got water?
The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to put together and very easy to clean! Love the water indicator feature. The water level light is blue and functions as a night light. It's not super bright and it's in the kitchen. They don't seemed to be bothered by the light. My kitties are faucet drinkers and even the picky one likes to take a drink from this fountain! We clean it every two weeks and refill the reservoir at least once a week. If the water level gets too low, it shuts off and the water level indicator light turns red. We don't let it run down to that level. The cost for the replacement filters works with our budget. Very happy we purchased this. It's nice and quiet and most important of all, they like it! Great purchase!

Your cat will love drinking out of this fountain!
The media could not be loaded.  My cat would not drink out of the water bowl next to his food. I learned through some research that cats like to drink moving water. With this fountain, he drinks often with is important for his health.This is a complete kit with a nice mat for the floor, water filters, and cleaning brushes.A great feature on the newer model is a low-water sensor that turn off the pump if the water runs out and will even flash red so that you can easily see at a glance that more water is needed. When it's running normally, the fountain has a soft blue glow that will help you to navigate around it at night!It's very easy to setup and clean with the brushes provided. It holds enough water for two weeks for my cat.You can configure with a small waterfall attachment that looks like a flower to create streams of water that make a pleasant burbling sound.Without the waterfall, it's silent. My cat preferred the fountain without the waterfall, but you can experiment with your cat to see what you cat likes best.

Makes the cat happy.
Our cat feasts on water - it's his thing. This makes him happy. You do need to de-chlorify the water first - we already did that for his bowl though so we have a pitcher to hold the water from the faucet for a few hours before putting it in the waterer. I'm not in love with the bigger splashy noises it makes as the water level drops, so we keep it pretty full most of the time. It will slow down the flow when the filters start to clog, so you need to check it for that - the spouts of water will be weaker when it needs servicing or the cat will lose interest in using it. I'd put it a little ways from the bowl, so they don't rinse the food out of their mouths and into the fountain without chewing all of it at least a bit. You will need replacement filters, so order them when you get this. They do last a few weeks, though.
